strawberry rhubarb sangria 1 ½ fl oz moscato ½ fl oz absolut citron 3 fl oz lemonade splash sierra mist 1 ½ fl oz strawberry rhubarb puree (see puree directions) 1 fl oz prosecco 3 cups Fresh rhubarb – chopped 4 each Strawberries – sliced 3 cups Water 1 cup Sugar
puree directions Combine sugar and water in small pot over high heat. Stir well. Add chopped rhubarb and sliced strawberries. Stir continuously for 7 to 10 minutes. Once rhubarb and strawberries become dissolved into a simple syrup, reduce heat and simmer for 3 to 4 minutes, continuing to stir well. Remove from heat. Let cool. Once cooled, blend smooth.
sangria directions Combine all ingredients but prosecco in cocktail shaker. Shake well. Pour over ice and top with prosecco. Float with quartered strawberry.
