directions Place pistachios in a mixing bowl and corn syrup and water. Toss well to completely coat pistachios. Add 2 tsp of sugar, black pepper and mix pistachios to coat thoroughly. Line a sheet tray with parchment paper. Bake at 300 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Remove from oven, place in mixing bowl and toss with 2 more tsp of sugar, cool and store in an airtight container.
