the Randolph location. That’s where Chef Bilicki tests new recipes, giving the best ones a place on the specials menu. Guests are encouraged to help us perfect the recipes.

Since most of our dishes are made from scratch, it’s easy for us to accommodate just about any diet. We can go easy on the butter and bring sauces on the side. Or cut your carbs and double your veggies. We even have a gluten-free menu. It’s all part of what it means to be Not Average.
